I’m an English tutor, and I promise you, today will not be another boring English lesson.
We’re going to talk about some “potty” talk,
and discuss some English slang words that you might just use to describe some type of bathroom experience.
So, let’s say you went and ate some food last night at a restaurant and
all of a sudden you felt very sick and you had “diarrhea.”
So, the English slang version of “diarrhea” is “the squirts.”
So, you may say, “Roe, man, I ate some food last night, and I had the squirts all night.”
That means you were going to the bathroom all night and you’re having diarrhea,
runny disgusting bowel movements. So, when you hear someone say,
“I have the squirts” or “they have the squirts” that means
that they have diarrhea, which is a very unpleasant experience.
